HAMPSHIRE charity Naomi House has been given a major cash boost as part of its £4m refurbishment appeal.
Two weeks ago the hospice, which looks after terminally ill children, launched the caterpillar appeal which will see the site totally transformed.
Now The Balfour Trust have pledged £25,000.
Deputy chief executive, Mark Smith, said: “This significant donation from The Balfour Trust is a superb start to our appeal and has really kick-started our fundraising efforts. We are extremely grateful to the Balfour Trustees for their support towards the Caterpillar Appeal and our mission to build a more spacious and up-to-date hospice for seriously ill children and their families.”
