THE deadline is approaching for people to tell the city council what they think of plans to build on a Winchester car park.
Civic chiefs want to redevelop the Chesil Street open air car park for 50 flats for the elderly.
It is asking users to complete questionnaire by Monday February 3.
The proposal has proved very unpopular with Chesil Street residents and local businesses including The Black Boy and Black Rat.
The city council says there is much spare capacity in the nearby multi-storey car park
