Naomi House children treated to special panto performance
As part of an eight week national tour, four actors from the Starlight Summer Panto, of Starlight Children’s Foundation, performed a two-hour production of the famous childhood story.
Katy Robinson, spokesman for Naomi House, said, “It is known that entertainment and play can significantly improve a poorly child’s hospital experience as it can help to distract them from their illness and treatment.
“Starlight is a fantastic charity, and each year we look forward to the arrival of the Starlight Summer Panto and the fun and laughter that it brings our young patients.”
Naomi House Children’s Hospice provides care and support for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses in central southern England. Starlight Children’s Foundation provides entertainment in hospitals and hospices across the country.
