FANCY a free workout?
Romsey Rapids is staging a free fitness workshop on August 18 and it is open to members and non-members between 9am and 5pm.
Tasters include personal training, diet and nutritional advice and a 30-minute high intensity interval training session.
There will also be demonstrations of popular studio classes including the new Les Mills Grit Cardio class.
Valley Leisure bosses are behind the event aimed at showing visitors what’s on offer at the Rapids fitness centre Fitness coordinator Gerry Francis said: “There are so many trends in fitness right now that people may not know where to start.
“We want to give visitors the chance to give different activities a try and chat to an expert to find out what’s best for them.
“We can also help with all fitness queries - from how to tone arms, burn fat, or get a six pack.”
People planning to go along to the event are advised to pre-book 15 minute slots at the Rapids reception on 01794 830333.
