Police charge 15-year-old boy with Kidnap and sex assault

ANDOVER police, who have been investigating an alleged assault on a five-year-old girl, have charged a 15-year-old boy with kidnap and sexual assault.
Detectives say the incident happened in Andover on Sunday 2 September.
The boy cannot be identified for legal reasons.
He was charged on Friday night, remained in police custody overnight and was expected to appear at Aldershot Magistrates' Court
