Meadows cleared of scrub by volunteers

MEMBERS of the conservation group TARCA (The Anton River Conservation Association) and Test Valley Borough Council staff are working together to take the next steps to improve the condition of the meadows off Ladies Walk.
A recent work party helped to clear scrub to extend the grassland habitat. This complements improvements which have been made along Ladies Walk since November 2011. The result is the lowering of over 400 metres of hedge and scrub management.
