Kayson takes top tot title

SUPERTOTS 2010, Andover’s most popular competition, again presented the panel of judges with one of their most difficult tasks yet as they deliberated to choose a winner from the 45 most popular entries picked by voters.

Eventually there was a decision which saw Kayson Jay Waite selected to be the overall winner and Supertot 2010.

The judges were headed by the Mayor and Mayoress of Test Valley Cllr Chris Lynn and his wife Frances, and also included Chantry Centre operations manager Jim Bradley, Chantry Centre office manager Beverly Streets and Andover Advertiser editor Joe Scicluna.

The judges were not aware of the number of votes each finalist had received as they worked their way through the categories.

In the 0-12 months category the winner was Kayson Jay Waite who was also voted Supertot 2010, with Payton Barnecut as runner-up.

In the 13-24 months category the winner was Abigail Blundy, with Max Cole as runner-up.

In the 25-48 months category the winner was Shannon Sturgess, with Charlie Munford as the runner-up.

The winners and runners-up will be notified by post about the special prizegiving ceremony which will take place in the Chantry Centre.
