TWO teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of making a bomb hoax call.
Yesterday afternoon, staff and customers were evacuated from businesses on Solstice Park in Amesbury after two suspicious phone calls.
The premises were closed for several hours whilst officers and a specialist search dog carried out searches to ensure the safety of all in the area.
Nothing of concern was found.
A statement from Wiltshire Police said: "We can confirm that today two local boys aged 15 and 16 years have been arrested on suspicion of making a bomb hoax call and are currently in custody."
DS Mike Standing said: "These calls were taken very seriously and caused a great deal of disruption and concern for the public and the businesses in Solstice Park.
"We appreciated the patience and understanding of staff and customers yesterday during the safety evacuation and searches.
"Enquiries locally have quickly identified two suspects and we are satisfied that there is no risk to the public."
