A MAN who stole more than £1,500 in cash and building supplies from a Nether Wallop-based company has been ordered to pay back every penny in compensation.
Stefan Jensen, of Rawlings Court, Ludgershall, will also have to do 140 hours of community service over the next twelve months.
The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to two charges of theft from Stockbridge Building Company, based in Nether Wallop, during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court this week.
The two thefts took place between 23 June and 15 October 2015, with Jensen pleading guilty to stealing £558.85 of building supplies during one raid.
Jensen also pleased guilty to a second count of theft, on that occasion stealing £955.83 of building supplies and cash.
The 45-year-old initially pleaded not guilty to the offences, but later changed his plea.
The court ordered he pay back the full £1514.68 in compensation to the company, as well as a £150 Crown Prosecution Charge.
Jensen must also complete 140 hours of unpaid work.
