Councillors' surgery in Andover tomorrow
TWO borough councillors will hold a surgery for residents in the town centre tomorrow.
Phil North and Jan Budzynski will be at the Guildhall between 10 and 12 noon on Saturday.
Members of the public are welcome to pop along and ask questions or raise issues.
