22-year-old fined for Wetherspoon's disturbance
A 22-year-old man has been fined following a disturbance in Wetherspoon's.
Kyle James Heald, of Wood Park, Ludgershall, admitted to the criminal damage of a table in the John Russell Fox during an incident in August when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
He also pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive behaviour.
Heald was fined a total of £160 and ordered to pay £60 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and a Crown Prosecution costs of £85.
