A WEATHER warning has been issued for Hampshire ahead of strong winds forecast for tonight and tomorrow.
The Met Office has set the yellow warning, which advises the public to 'be aware', running from 7am to 9pm on Saturday.
The weather is expected to make a dramatic change, with a spell of unseasonably strong southwesterly winds forecast for late on Friday, accompanied by heavy, blustery showers.
Winds are expected to peak early on Saturday, with gusts of 40 to 45mph forecast inland.
The Met Office has warned: "Please be aware that these may lead to disruption to transport, and in view of the time of the year there is increased potential for disruption to outdoor activities."
