15-year-old Andover teen given conditional discharge for criminal damage
AN Andover teenager has been given a conditional discharge by Basingstoke Youth Court after admitting to criminal damage.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted to damaging walls and doors of a property belonging to Aster and to further damaging a door and table worth around £100 in June.
The youth was conditionally discharged with no costs or victim surcharge ordered.
