A FLORENCE Court man has been disqualified from driving and fined more than £200 for drug driving in Andover.
Karl McFadden pleaded guilty to driving along Weyhill Road in April while over the drug-drive limit after consuming excessive amounts of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.
The 21-year-old was disqualified from driving for 12 months when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently and fined £220.
He was also ordered to pay a £23 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution costs.
