Crescent man given community order for threatening violence to enter Byng Walk property
A CRESCENT man has been given a community order for threatening violence to enter an Andover property.
Anthony Graham Mann, of The Crescent, Andover, pleaded guilty to using the threat of violence to enter a property on Byng Walk during an incident earlier this month when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
The 32-year-old was given a community order with a rehabilitation requirement.
Mann was also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution costs.
