A 19-year-old man has been ordered to pay compensation of £250 after admitting to assaulting a police officer and criminal damage during an incident in Andover in December.
Tyler Burgin, of Gardners Close, Winchester, pleaded guilty to assaulting the officer in order to resist arrest, to damaging a car and a plaster door frame at River House on December 28.
Burgin was ordered to pay £150 compensation for the assault and £100 for the damage to the car.
No victim surcharge or cost orders were made.
