A TEEN from Florence Court was caught driving without the necessary insurance and in possession of a knife on the same day,
Nigel Richard Evans, 19, was stopped in Westbrook Close, Andover, in October and pleaded guilty in court earlier this monh.
Magistrates in Basingstoke disqualified him from driving for six months "due to repeat offending" and ordered him to pay £20 costs for the insurance charge.
For the charge of possessing a weapon, which was a lock knife, Evans must complete 60 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months and pay a £60 surcharge.
