AN ANDOVER man who assaulted two men on Christmas Day has been fined and lost his driving licence.
Damien Humphrey, of May Tree Road, was caught driving on the Enham Arch roundabout on December 25 with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
He admitted the offence in court earlier this month, and also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and a man at the roundabout on the same day.
The 45-year-old must pay fines, costs, compensation and surcharges totalling £450, and has lost his licence for 19 months.
He must also complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and attend 14 sessions of a drink impaired drivers' programme.
