AN ANDOVER shabby chic store has announced big plans for the future after being bought by a corporate businesswoman.

La Di Da’s new owner Stephanie Briggs has taken over the reins at the Bridge Street retailer after former owner Nicola Pumfrey decided to spend more time with her young family and sold the business, which she opened four years ago, to her.

‘A little gem’

Stephanie has a design degree but has spent the majority of her career in corporate business roles.

“I am looking forward to combining my passion for design with business and continuing to grow the La Di Da brand in Andover and online,” she told the Advertiser.

“The shop is a little gem, full of gorgeous things for home and garden.

“My husband and I are passionate about Andover and developing the presence of the store even further.

“We’re very excited about the shop’s future.

“Andover has a very traditional retail feel, and we want to help and develop that even further.

“We’re so grateful for the customers who love what we do, and we plan to bring even more fabulous items to the store.”
