TWO people have been airlifted to hospital after a serious crash closed part of the A34 this morning.
It is understood the crash, at Bullington Cross on the A34 southbound near Whitchurch, involved a parcel van.
Emergency services are at the scene and it is understood two people have been taken to Southampton General Hospital by air ambulance.
A female passenger sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The male driver sustained minor injuries.
The road has now reopened but delays remain.
