A WOMAN has been sentenced to 18 weeks in prison after pleading guilty to harassing another woman in Andover in breach of a restraining order.
Michelle Tolfrey, of Briar Court, Uxbridge Road, London, was jailed at a hearing in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 19 May, for harassing an Andover resident.
The 38-year-old admitted the harassment over the period from June 2014 to April this year in breach of a restraining order imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates' Court in September 2011.
A prison sentence was passed as it was the second breach of the restraining order taking place over a period of 10 months which had a severe impact on the victim.
The defendant was also ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £180 criminal courts charge.
