Village home break in fear
POLICE are investigating a suspected attempted break-in at a village home.
The rear window of a property in Stoke Road, Hurstbourne Tarrant, was smashed between 2pm on Wednesday, 29 October and 9pm on Monday, 3 November.
Nothing was stolen.
Residents who may have seen cold callers or anyone acting suspiciously in the village on the dates in question should call Basingstoke police station on 101 quoting the crime reference number 44140 396852.
