Extra security for scouts.
TIDWORTH’s civic chiefs have handed a grant to the town’s scout group to beef up their security following a burglary in the summer.
The town council will provide £300 to Tidworth Scout Group, allowing them to install security cameras, lights and CCTV signs at the scout hut.
Thieves broke into the premises earlier this year, making off with a petrol strimmer.
