HEALTHY living was the theme of the day at a special event in Ludgershall.
The health fair, organised by the Tidworth Area Board, included stalls promoting walking, quitting smoking and food portion control.
Youngsters from Castle Primary School were among the visitors to the event at the Memorial Hall, where they were taught about the benefits of eating healthier foods.
Students at Wellington Academy also set up a stall for people to try healthy foods that they had made.
Professional cookery tutor Bruce McFarlane said: “The students were given six days to come up with these dishes.
“They have researched all the dishes, identified how they can be made healthier and produced their own recipes.”
There was also a walk around Ludgershall, a dementia group and Good Neighbour Scheme talk.
