One of the men threatened the victim with a knife, and the pair fled with his rucksack, which contained a Sony Playstation 4, a FIFA 14 game, and other personal items including a Michael Kors and Hindenburg watch.

The victim, who lives in Wiltshire, was unharmed, and reported the incident to Wiltshire Police the next day, who reported it to Hampshire Constabulary.

The robbers were both white and described as being aged between 19 and 25 years old. One is described as: 6ft tall, athletic build, and wearing black clothing.

While the second man is described as around 5ft 7ins with dark stubble, medium length dark hair, and wearing black clothing PC Craig Bannerman said: “I am very keen to hear from anyone who was out and about between 10pm and 11pm last Wednesday around the Chantry Centre and the bus station.

“Staff who were locking up at local businesses may have noticed two men acting suspiciously. “It is possible that our suspects ran out from the bus station towards Wilkinsons, or possibly along Waterloo Court towards the High Street.

“Did you see anything suspicious?

“Did you see two men running in the area?

“Are you aware of anyone discussing the robbery of a Playstation 4 with a FIFA 14 game and trying to sell it on?

“If so, please call us now so we can find these men.”

Anyone with information should call 101 and ask for PC Bannerman at Andover Police Station.
