ANDOVER’S Carnival Royalty officially opened a cake and coffee morning for Andover lip-readers on Saturday.
The annual event, which raised £170 to fund lip-reading courses throughout the year, took place at the St John the Baptist Church Hall in the town.
The money raised on the day consisted of £23 in donations, £72 from a raffle and £75 from tea, coffee and cakes.
