AN educator from Whitchurch has received an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for his services to education.
Neil Hopkins, from Wells-in-the-Field, served as principal at Peter Symonds College in Winchester for 20 years, gaining much success during his time there, as well as serving on the board at the admissions service UCAS.
Neil continues to work as executive director at the Maple Group and is a governor for Sparsholt and Andover Colleges.
