BRITISH rock legend Ian McLagan will be performing his new album at The Railway in Winchester this July.
United States of America is his first studio album in five years. It features 10 tracks of him on guitar, keyboard and vocals, along with long-time collaborators the Bump Band.
This comes after his album Never Say Never, which was recorded after the death of his wife in 2008.
Star of the Faces and the Small Faces, McLagan will be showcasing his new album in a duo with musician Jon Notarthomas.
McLagan started his career as a keyboard player in the Small Faces and the Faces during the 1960s. He has also performed and recorded with Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen.
Ian McLagan will be performing at 8pm. Advance tickets cost £14 from railwaylive.co.uk.
