TEST Valley Borough Council has announced that the next mayor-making event in May will take place in Andover in the Guildhall.
The annual full council meeting, on 14 May will see Cllr Jan Lovell installed as the Mayor of Test Valley, taking over from cllr Janet Whiteley.
Cllr Lovell represents Andover’s Winton ward.
The reception and buffet luncheon will take place at The Lights and a precession will see the new mayor and council walk there following the council meeting.
