A RARE evergreen oak at The Manor in Nether Wallop’s Heathman Street is to be reduced in size.

Planners agreed that the holm oak can be cut back by 30 per cent.

Planners at Test Valley Borough Council agreed that the new building, on the site of Halcyon in Church Hill, can also have a carport.
