AN industrial estate near Collingbourne Ducis was raided by three men wearing balaclavas.
Police say that at approximately 1am on Tuesday, 25 February a vehicle, believed to be a Surabu Forester, drove into the Garlands Industrial Estate. The three men, wearing overalls, gloves and balaclavas broke into a unit and the alarm was activated.
A vehicle drove by and the men got back in their car and drove at speed back into Collingbourne Ducis. A cash box stolen from the premises was later found by members of the public on Chicks Lane.
PC Lyndsey Brewis said: “I would like to appeal for any witnesses and in particular the driver of the vehicle, which passed the industrial estate in the early hours of the morning, to come forward as they may have vital information.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Brewis at Salisbury Police Station on 101.
