A WOMAN suffered serious injuries after a crash near Whitchurch.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the single-vehicle collision on the Cole Henley Road, from Whitchurch to Kingsclere, on Sunday (5).
It happened at about 3.45pm when a silver Nissan Micra, driven by a 27-year-old woman, left the road and collided with hedges on the nearside of the road.
The woman sustained serious injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital.
The road was closed between 3.45pm and 8pm while police examined the scene and the vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting Operation Hatiora.
