Community groups make shortlist

FOUR community groups from Andover have been shortlisted for the 2013 Lloyds Bank Community fund.
Icknield School, Enham Trust, Andover Young Carers and The Anton River Conservation Association have all been shortlisted.
Voting is now open and over 1,300 community groups across England and Wales are each set to get an award with nearly 400,000 local people set to benefit.
The 2013 Lloyds Bank Community Fund is helping local people to have a positive impact at the heart of their communities by giving grants to four good causes in each community.
Graham Lindsay, group director, responsible business at Lloyds Banking Group said: “As the Bank of Scotland Community Fund public vote opens for a second year, we are looking forward to showcasing the fantastic work being delivered by an enormous range of local good causes in communities across the country.”
