Kick starting a new club
NIGHTINGALE Fitness launched its Kick Start Fat Loss class at Weyhill Fairground Hall.
There was a 30 minute question and answer session to begin before a full-on 30 minute workout.
Test Valley Borough Council mayor Dorothy Baverstock was in attendance to show her support for the class, which is run by Kick Start Fat Loss leader Carrie Nightingale, of Nightingale’s Health and Fitness.
