Summit called to boost town

A SPECIAL summit meeting is being called by the borough council in a bid to breathe new life into Andover town centre.
The meeting comes after months of pressure from a variety of groups who are calling for action over the growing number of empty shops.
Ways of boosting the economic and social health of the town centre will be at the top of the agenda.
