A VILLAGE estate agency office is looking to re-establish itself in the country homes and cottage market.
Robert Orford, 34, who has been with Carsons for four years, has been promoted to manager of the Hartley Wintney office of the company and is heading up a team of three negotiators, a financial services adviser and an administrator.
Hartley Wintney used to be the headquarters for the estate agency and it was where Carsons first set up its country and fine homes division.
Now Mr Orford wants to go back to the future by focusing on the estate agent's past success in the popular north Hampshire village.
He said: "I want to make Hartley Wintney the prominent office it used to be and take on the best houses and cottages in the area."
