A BASINGSTOKE lettings agency is celebrating exam success and is now waiting to receive ARLA membership.
Karen Holmes set up the family-run Lets Rent nearly three years ago and has just passed the ARLA advanced legal exam.
One of her five-strong staff, Philippa Randle, 25, is also studying to pass the ARLA basic legal paper.
Mrs Holmes, 42, who has an officein Basingstoke town centre, said: "Irrespective of the fact that we are one of the smaller agents in the town, we have properties let to many corporate clients, both local and from out of the area.
"This family business has been built on solid values of excellent customer service, to both landlords and tenants.
"All our staff receive ongoing ARLA training and have achieved at least the basic legal standard."
FOR Alex Lodge, having his own show at the Haymarket Theatre will be pure magic.
TWO of Hampshire’s leading food and wine shops can now be found together under one roof at Lodge Farm, in North Warnborough.
AMERICAN defenceman Curtiss Patrick and British back-up netminder Joe White have left the Basingstoke Bison by mutual consent.
IT’S almost impossible for Joe Public to imagine how much work goes into preparing any of BATS' shows.
