Its great to see people thinking of standing for the vacant seat, it would be great to see some more independants in the council as they can hold a fair bit of sway.
At the moment the council looks a shambles and it doesnt make the good cllrs of all parties look any good.
I'd love to see someone stand against Cllr West as that would be fun as I think a good local Indie could push that seat close, with all his bad PR he could have just thrown himself out of a seat.
As for me, well I'll be standing for NO seats at all, just like to make that clear, Overton has got two good councillors, but if anyone is thinking of standing then I'll be happy to help them in anyway I can as it can be a very active role and you do need a fair bit of spare time.
