ON holiday in Brittany, while on the beach, I noticed the amazing details of the stones on which I was standing.
It reminded me that in the New Testament, people who believe in Jesus are likened to stones coming together to build the church.
Looking at the stones, some are smooth and round, others have sharp edges and are rougher in their shape.
This is a picture of what people are like.
Some are nicer to know because they have spent time rolling in the sea being smoothed by life’s activities.
Others, not so smooth, need more time to change to become ‘smoother’ people.
So what sort of stone are you?
It is interesting to note that the tide washes and helps shape the stones twice every day.
Maybe, if you thought about how much God loves you twice a day, your life could be smoother?
