TRAIDCRAFT items will be on sale at St Mary's, Old Basing, on Sunday, after the 9.30am service.

Food and craft Fair Trade goods will be on offer. Proceeds will be going to producers in developing countries.

IN THE Silchester parish magazine, there is a hymn for the month, so why not share your favourite hymns with everyone?

AT ST Mary's Church, Mortimer, the May festival is on Saturday, starting at 7.30pm, where there will be a pre-tour concert of popular classical music given by the Beenham Band.

The band is conducted by Robert Roscoe.

Tickets, costing £10 in advance or £12 on the door, are available from the box office on 0118 9332583.

School-age children will be admitted for free.

AN EARLY reminder of a table-top sale that will be on at Whitchurch Baptist Church on Saturday, June 7, in the church hall, from 10am to 4.30pm.

Refreshments are available during the day.

THE AGM of the Friends of St Mary's, Old Basing, will be held in the Bolton Chapel on Saturday, at 10.30am. Everyone is welcome.
