ST LEONARD'S, Cliddesden, is holding its annual fundraising quiz night on Saturday, May 10, at the Millennium Hall, at 7.30pm.
Tickets, costing £8, which includes a fish and chip supper, can be obtained from Ben Maunder on 01256 327859, Pat Rampton on 01256 327859 or Minica Tilley on 01256 351204.
There will also be a licensed bar.
A NOTE for your diary - there will be an open weekend at the parish church of St Mary the Virgin, Silchester, over the bank holiday weekend, May 24 to 26.
There will be guided tours of the church, details of fundraising events, a new edition of the church guide will be on sale, and lots more.

ON THE third Sunday of each month, there will be a Roman Catholic Eucharist at Christ the King, Brighton Hill, at 11am.
OAKLEY Methodist Church holds coffee mornings every Tuesday, between 10am and noon.
Entrance costs 50p with all proceeds going to charity.
BURGHFIELD Common Methodist Church is holding a flower festival on Saturday and Sunday, May 10 and 11. The theme will be "Country Gardens".
The church will be open from 10am on the Saturday, and the festival will finish with a Songs of Praise on the Sunday, at 6.30am.
CHURCHES Together in Hartley Wintney is holding a Pentecost service on Sunday, May 11, on the cricket green, at 11am. All welcome.
