Nissan gets adventurous

| The Nissan Pathfinder Mammoth |
NISSAN is celebrating its involvement as a major sponsor and partner of adventure-based sports and events across the globe under the Nissan Sports Adventure campaign with a range of adrenaline-packed, sports adventure-themed special edition vehicles.
The X-TRAIL Arctix and Arctix Expedition are inspired by winter sports and are available in diesel automatic form, with extreme roof rails and lamps with snowstorm side steps, satellite navigation and colour rear view camera - all from just £21,995.
The winter sports theme perfectly reflects the vehicle's all-terrain capability plus its All-Mode 4x4-i system, which automatically reacts to changes in terrain to provide optimum levels of road-holding and grip.
For its Navara (the UK's best-selling pick-up) and Patrol models, Nissan is celebrating its involvement in Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's recent TV expedition with Long Way Down special editions.
The Long Way Down team travelled 15,000 miles from John O'Groats to Cape Town, supported by two Nissan Patrols, which saw them cross some of the toughest terrain on their journey.
The Navara Long Way Down special edition comes with the addition of a premium pack including leather upholstery, sunroof, Long Way Down side decals, badge and floor mats, all for the West Way special price of just £16,981 + VAT + RFL.
The Pathfinder Mammoth takes inspiration from the spectacular wilderness and breathtaking scenery found on and around Mammoth Mountain in California, and is the ideal vehicle for the more adventurous family.
Featuring satellite navigation, a roof-mounted rear seat DVD entertainment system and BOSE audio system as standard, the Pathfinder Mammoth is available from West Way at the special price of just £25,995.
Finally, combining agility, toughness and style, the Qashqai perfectly reflects the spirit of adventure shown by the world's best mountain bike freeriders.
Available from just £13,699, the Qashqai was recently awarded Top Gear magazine's title of "SUV of the Year".
Dean Naylor, dealer principal of West Way Nissan, said: "The sports adventure-themed vehicles are ideal for adventure sports fans looking for vehicles offering great performance - perfect to access those extreme areas on rugged terrain or urban streets.
"Our range also offers lots of space and clever storage for all your pieces of kit - from skis and poles to boards or mountain bikes.
