Mum releases picture of children found dead at Newton Stacey

THE mother of the children found stabbed to death has released a photograph showing her laughing with them.
Erica Pedersen, 43, says she wants people viewing the picture to know that “My angels are in heaven now”.
Ben, aged seven and Freya, aged six were found dead on a bridleway near Newton Stacey on Sunday evening. They were near a Saab car owned by their father – 51-year-old Michael Pedersen – who was also found stabbed to death.
It is believed that Mr Pedersen, who was from Chertsey in Surrey, killed his two children before stabbing himself.
The inquests into the deaths were opened in Winchester today and adjourned until Wednesday, December 5.
