Man harasses girls in Basingstoke shopping centre

A MAN has been spotted harassing girls in Festival Place .
He was seen acting suspiciously at 6pm on Sunday, September 2.
He is described as white, aged 40 to 45, of average build and about 5ft 9ins tall. He had a black beard and wore blue jeans and a black leather jacket.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and released on bail until October 23.
