THE DEADLINE is looming for entries for north Hampshire’s biggest business event of the year.

Organised by Destination Basingstoke, the INSPIRE12 Business Awards aims to showcase the very best of businesses, not only in the Basingstoke area, but also in Andover, in the west, to Farnborough, in the east.

But would-be winners need to act fast if they want to be in with a chance of glory at the awards.

Nominations have to be in by August 31, and they can be made by individuals, companies, employees, customers and third parties by visiting inspire businessawards.co.uk.

There are 12 awards up for grabs, and each will give local businesses an opportunity to gain the recognition they deserve and pay tribute to the hard work and dedication of their staff.

Felicity Edwards, managing director of Destination Basingstoke, said: “INSPIRE12 is all about celebrating our pride in local business achievements and entrepreneurship.

“Entering the INSPIRE12 awards is a great way to market your business, particularly if you win. The awards evening is a fantastic celebration of success.”

Just like last year, the awards gala dinner will be held at the Hampshire Court Hotel, in Chineham – and the date for the diary is Thursday, November 15.
