SHOPPERS are being urged to show their generosity for an Armed Forces charity this weekend.
Help for Heroes will be holding a collection as well as selling merchandise at the Asda supermarket, in Brighton Hill as part of a national fundraising challenge.
The charity helps Army personnel who have been injured whilst serving in conflicts such as Afghanistan.
Founder of Help for Heroes, Bryn Parry OBE said: “While you’re out doing your weekly shop, we’d love for you to support your local volunteers and help make this challenge a huge success.
“Sailors, soldiers and airmen who are injured today will still need our support tomorrow and in the days that follow for the rest of their lives. They are still battling and we won’t let them battle alone.”
