NEW mums can now get some exercise with their baby in a series of new courses set to launch next month.
Two 'Buggy Fit' courses will take place in Basing Wood, and South Ham.
The free six-week fitness programs will be led by pre and post natal personal trainer Emma Perkins.
The hour-long sessions are funded by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and start on March 18.
Cathy Osselton, Cabinet member for partnerships said: “These classes are a wonderful way for new mums to get out and about and meet other new mums, while also helping them to improve their fitness levels and get good advice on post natal exercise.”
