PLANS for a dozen houses near Chineham have failed to gain approval because of worries about access and school traffic.
Members of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council’s development control committee voted to defer a decision so talks can take place to sort out the problems with the applicant Miller Homes.
The site in question is a 3.9-hectare area north of Great Binfields Road and next to Great Binfields Primary School and The Hampshire Court Hotel.
