Boy commits indecent act near Popley underpass

A TEENAGE boy was seen committing an indecent act near an underpass in Popley.

A woman saw the boy near to the underpass in Shakespeare Road sometime between 3.20pm and 4pm on Tuesday, January 22.

The boy, who was carrying a Morrisons carrier bag, shouted at the woman and ran after her as she left the area. She was not harmed in any way.

He is described as 16 or 17 years old, and wore a grey hooded top with the hood up, grey tracksuit bottoms and white trainers. He was around 5ft 6ins tall.
