Man charged following house party assault

A MAN has been charged with two charges of assault following a house party in Basingstoke.
Thomas Harris, 19, of no fixed abode, has been charged with assault by beating and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm without intent.
The charges relate to an incident at a house in Lilac Way, Winklebury, on November 24, where a man was assaulted. He was released on bail and will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on February 5.
